Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 28, 2026
This policy describes how the Competitive Spend AI dashboard (this site) handles information when authorized users access internal reporting tools.
Overview
The dashboard is intended for organizational use (for example, campaign and competitive spend reporting). It displays data sourced from configured backends and datasets you already use for advertising operations—not from third-party trackers on public marketing pages.
Information the service processes
- Reporting and analytics data. When you open reports or related pages, the application may request spend, tracking, or similar business data via server-side proxies. Processing occurs to render tables, charts, exports, alerts, or summaries you trigger.
- Technical and security data. Like most web apps, servers, load balancers, and hosting environments may log requests (for example IP address, timestamps, URLs, HTTP status). Access control and auditing may also be enforced by your organization outside this application.
- Preferences in your browser. Theme choice (light/dark) may be stored in your browser's local storage so the UI remembers your preference. That data stays on your device unless your organization inspects workstation storage.
How we use information
Data is used to operate the dashboard: load reports, proxied APIs, exports, notifications, and health checks configured for your deployment. We do not use this site for third-party behavioral advertising or to sell personal information.
Sharing
Information flows to backend services and infrastructure you configure (for example upstream APIs and cloud-hosted databases). Responsibility for subprocessors and contracts rests with your organization's administrators and vendors. This application does not add its own unrelated data resale.
Retention
Retention of logs, archived exports, alert state, and warehouse tables is governed by your organization's retention practices and backend configuration—not by a single retention period defined in this page.
Security
Access should be restricted to authenticated or network-trusted viewers per your deployment. Follow your organization's standards for secrets, SSO, VPC boundaries, and least-privilege service accounts tied to upstream data sources.
Your choices
Clear browser local storage if you wish to reset on-device preferences (such as theme). For access to underlying business records or erasure requests, contact your administrator according to internal policy.
Changes
This policy may be updated when features or deployments change material practices. Updates will revise the effective date when published on this page.
Contact
For questions about privacy in your deployment, contact your organization's administrator or security team responsible for this application.
